Our goal is to provide something different and very high quality. We strictly follow the rules proposed by the Associacione Vera Pizza Napolitana. We make our dough from Italian 00 flour and we use the best cheese in the country (Grande). Using fresh ingredients from local farmers and growers we bake a beautiful but also great tasting Neapolitan pizza in 90 seconds in our wood fired oven.
